quick, simple, brilliant!!! It’s a really best app for tax free refund. It’s a pity, only that is not used in all our favorite stores! Super customer support, that I never met before.. All the best! And good luck!

It doesn’t work. A lot of bugs. Didn’t manage to register, writes that the user already exists. But it isn’t.

Beware of using this service. You will NEVER get your tax back. Nobody replies emails, nobody assists you. This is no service what do ever.

I rarely take time to review apps in the Apple Store but this one is so bad and had me so frustrated that I am going to do it. Basically the app is meant to assist travellers visiting a foreign country in recovering the taxes paid for souvenirs and gifts purchased abroad that will be taken away. The pamphlet that I found in one store does describe the first step: take a picture of the receipt and upload it. After that your pretty much on your own. There is a need for the receipt (which in the app will be called a form from now on) to be sealed and stamped. However, there is no information whatsoever on how this can be done. We had the impression that everything must be done online. Not so. There are still things that have to be done at the airport. Such a waste of time.
