How much are they loosing because the picture verification doesn’t work anymore. Use need a cab as this app is hopeless
New app is terrible, much harder to navigate around it. Also, the service has dropped recently as well. Having to wait 20+ mins pass my requested pick-up time on a regular basis. Avoid. Use Uber instead.
If you need a taxi fast, this is not your company. Hopefully uber hurry up and makes it to Plymouth because the terrible taxi services in Plymouth need a massive kick up the behind
The second driver of the day who picked me up from Derriford Hospital in a White Toyota Prius at approx 11:30 today 25/11:24 was great. He drove very well and we had a good chat and a few laughs. He was polite and had a great smile. It was a pleasure to be driven by him
AVOID THIS APP… They have to fix this app … the old app you pre book and your book is on time on this one you pre book and your taxi is late over 30 minutes … THATS A JOKE !!!!!!!
I’ve reviewed each taxi driver for years, I had credit on the app too. Suddenly all my info is gone and account removed. New app layout too? Doesn’t run as well and incredibly frustrating I have to start from zero.
This new design is horrible. Duplicates of addresses are coming up. The loss of the ability to track the driver is also a ridiculous edit, this was key for us as the driver would usually go to the wrong location. The app it’s self is now also hard to navigate.
Called my son a taxi to go to the city centre he is 12 years old. I did not realise there was any policy in place that prevented this. A female driver asked how old he was he stated his age she said get in an abrupt voice didn’t speak to My Boy or say thank you when he got out of the taxi. Very poor customer service
Just opened the App today and it said updated terms etc. needed to be agreed. Clicked then forever waiting and couldn’t use it. Must be a bug to be fixed as soon as possible
