Option to propose an increased payment for the driver is being reset for me every day. Is this is so hard to fix? This is just a single option. I have to wait for a taxi, no one takes me, then find out that this option is disabled, turn it on, search again, wait for a minute again and so on. Please fix, storing a Boolean value in a config is really easy. Entering “Бул. Витоша, 26” and pressing “Search” just closes the iPhone keyboard while doing nothing.

Terrible customer service. If the taxi driver decides to overcharge you, scam you, you're completely on your own.

I don't usually write reviews on apps but decided after this app has saved me from frustration of scamming taxi drivers that are a proplem in Bulgaria for tourists and all the taxi drivers that drive with this app have normal taxi fare price and no one has cheated on me so far and many also speak some English which is good, also sometimes there are really nice cars that drive with this app and brand new and I never got a ride in a car through the app that was really old or in bad shape so I must say that this is the best app for tourists both for safety because it knows where you are going and also the price is almost fixed and you don't have to explain to the driver where you are going and like that which can be hard if the driver don't speak English.
