Taylor's Secret: Merge Story

Love it.

This game can be fun but they are money hungry. There are certain items that you merge that when you tap on it you have drink items or bread items. If one of your orders is a drink order be certain that you will rarely have a drink pop up. Especially if it is an item in the store for sale for example 65 gems for a simple drink order. Of course orders that need to be filled will require 2. You can burn through 100 energy and only have bread distributed for merging. I also made a purchase through the Top up app and received nothing. The response was that they don’t have a refund button. It was for $8.14. In the actual game so I have spent tons of money to play but that was first purchase through the official website App Store. They told me contact Apple or google but my purchase was made with my debit card not through Apple like it is in the game. So buyer beware

Really enjoyed this app until it decided to give me the message to check my internet connection, which is great; additionally the app and my device are up to date….. so deleting Taylor’s Secret !

I love the game but whenever there’s a glitch, in order to contact support they want a photo attached to show the glitch, which is great, except it won’t let me attach a photo. I have a glitch right now where it won’t show my stars above Taylor’s head so I can’t continue the chapters or earn my perks for completing levels and can’t let them know since it requires a photo attachment to submit the help request. Wish there was a better way to go about it. If I could submit a help request I’d give the game 4 stars

I’m really frustrated with the fact that I made purchases in this game recently, and now it costs gems for things that used to be free with watching a video. Eg. the daily energy box. Also, pop ups asking me to make purchases are a thing now. It’s been going on for a few weeks now. If this doesn’t change, I will soon uninstall. Used to be fun.

I love this game very much but I have had stars for a long time but there are no new levels. There is no new update either. Should I delete it?

The app will not load past 90%. What’s more, this is clearly intentional because they removed the support option on the loading page (not that they ever responded in the first place). It is actually a weirdly fun game, but this is pretty despicable.

This was one of my favorite merge games I have been playing it for like 6-9 months. Two weeks ago I made an in-app purchase and I didn’t receive it which has happened before I just have to try to buy it again and it fixes itself and tells me that purchase was already made but I still didn’t receive it. So I closed the app and when I tried to open it again it wouldn’t load pass 90%. I deleted the app redownloaded it twice and it still wouldn’t load pass 90%. I tried to open the app multiple times a day for 2 weeks and finally decided to just delete the app. I made a lot of in app purchases and have now lost all my game progress and one of my favorite games. Fix whatever is wrong and pay me back for the in app purchases I didn’t receive or had the chance to use.

The app will not load, goes to 90% and stays there!

I played this game for months just fine but it started not loading up and completely froze during game load up at 90%. I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking it might help but I can’t get into it as it still freezes on the game losing screen at 90%
