Everybody is different, so your workouts should be too. That is why we design unique workout programs for each client focused on helping them reach their personal goals. We use resistance band workouts and muscle pliability work as a primary or complementary way to train.

The TB12 app is free to download and use — you can also upgrade to TB12 Premium by selecting an auto-renewing subscription option:

$99.99/year
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
