Slow Transaction Updates: The biggest drawback is the incredibly slow transaction processing. It takes a whole week to see your transactions reflected in the app. This makes it nearly impossible to monitor your account activity in real-time, leaving you wondering where your money is going. Mysterious Transactions: To make matters worse, the app doesn't display the merchant names for your transactions. You're left with cryptic descriptions or just generic categories, making it difficult to identify where your money is being spent. This lack of transparency is a major red flag.

Not user friendly, outdated, poor functionality

For really it’s one of the worse banking applications I have ever used, it’s been a week I try to activate my Visa card and it doesn’t respond, no new features, no user friendly. A small company like a fastpay did better than you. At least look at rafidayn QI application

Unfortunately, TBI bank has the worse banking app compared to Rafidain bank and Zain Cash apps which are also not not at satisfactory level.
