Your apps is lousy
How come after I bought a ticket there is no QR code? I already tried to delete the apps and download again but still cannot. It makes me need to spend more time queuing in TBS counter to ask for a hard copy ticket. Fix this!

Not able to log in
I tried to uninstall and reinstall a few times. But still not able to log in as log in button is greyed out
Qr code cannot be displayed
Already 3 months , after iOS being updated, the QR code cannot be displayed. It was waste time to queue and print ticket when we bought from the app itself not a third party.
what the? can’t login? it’s 2024

Selalu sangat beli tiket kat apps ni tapi qr code tak muncul last2 perlu beratur dekat kaunter jugak. Mohon baiki masalah ni dah sekian lama. System out
No QR code???
Why suddenly tak ada qr code for boarding pass? Whats the point of your apps kalau in the end kena beratur juga utk print physical ticket? Waste of time, useless app.
Unable to login
I had use ip15 and unable to login using my phone, i heard tbs bts apps had problem iphone user that unsolve, so any solution for iphone user to use tbs bts apps
Bad Apps
Cant even buy my ticket, after choosing the date it loading and not going anywhere.
QR not shown
Bought ticket twice. QR code not appeared.
