The new TCA are a total rip off! I have been a customer for 25 years and this really does it. Today I paid over €30 for a trip that cost me €18 just a couple of months ago. Well, this was my last trip. I am now deleting this TCA and I’m moving to Uber!! Never again!

Twice recently my ride has been canceled while my driver is about 50 metres away. It tells me that I’ve canceled and asks me why - but as far as I’m concerned I haven’t canceled. Either cancellation is on a hair trigger with no chance to confirm or cancel, or the driver is canceling and the UI message is wrong. I’m standing in the street waiting for a pickup there and I get the following order of events: 1. I order and get a confirmation 2. Taxi gets close, I get a call to say the taxi is there 3. Taxi seems to miss the turning then app says I’ve canceled 4. Try to order again but the abn amro payment keeps failing for no apparent reason 5. I order an Uber and it arrives and I get going 6. TCA autocall me again to say my taxi (?) is there 7. A taxi driver phones me to ask where I am Other than the above I also have lots of confusion when paying, either the drivers don’t understand the system or they are waiting for me to leave before putting in the final price

They offer a special deal to the airport but charge full price. I used Apple Pay, they canceled the original payment and pretty much doubled it. SCAM!

I made a reservation a day in advance for a taxi. The driver came 20mins early. Then I learned from the driver, they dont see that this is a reservation for certain pickup time. They just thought its ordinary passenger. And I also learned there is no reservation made actually. Its just system shows you to drivers at that time(probably) and you would be luck if any driver would accept your request. I might have lost mu flight if this one driver wasnt around by coincidence. Terrible unreliable service. Also there is no way for both passenger and driver to see if trip is paid or not. Driver had to call the office to learn if payment went through. I was about to pay to the driver for 2nd time if we hadn't called the office to check. Unacceptable for such simple thing to build. I doubt if I ever use again. Just use Uber. You pay more but with no issues or stress.
