It’s as if the app was made to annoy you, plus the configuration it has for mesh systems is limited, to put it nicely

Worthless Wi-Fi , can never ever connect. Lights are always red despite trying everything. No customer service.

WiFi mesh setup is easy to configure but the app basically doesn’t even try

Save yourself the frustration just return the system. App doesn’t find the router tells you to go to troubleshooting, which is non-existent

I have connected to the wifi and followed all instructions but it won’t recognize and connect my device to the app so I could manage it

I rarely write reviews but I have to this time. I bought the TCL mesh wifi system. Download this app, setup and everything is fine. Closed all my apps and reopen this app, I received the message saying cannot connect to the router/WiFi. Uninstalled app and reinstalled twice, same error. I’m returning the device and deleting this app

The screenshot is not the same as in the app. The app does not have a way to configure the router to use WPA2. The router does not serve a web page to allow configuration either. So you have to use this app. So I am stuck with WPA1 which is considered insecure these days.

Would be nice to have monthly updates, and a more easy way to know devices cause it defaults to unknown. So difficult to know what device is what.
