TD Authenticate

Not only does TD have billions of dollars despite committing fraud, they cannot build or pay for unnecessary applications to authenticate access to your own account. Even when you try to generate a code, it does not work. Amazing.

Can’t get past the stupid PIN setup!! It just keeps looping! This has been going on for the last 2 years and TD does nothing to resolve it! Don’t bank or buy a credit card with TD - not worth it!!

Useless app. Kept looping at sign in. I called TD tech support and was told it doesn’t work in an iPhone 16 Pro Max. He said it was a “known issue” but had idea when it will be fixed. TD used to be one of the more technologically advanced banks but no more.

They want to send a verification phone to your phone in order to use the app, but the whole reason why you need the app is because you can’t receive verification codes. Totally moronic.

Can’t get past the set you pin,, just loops back to set your pin. Deleted and reinstalled 4 times,, the app does nothing,, no code generated

Having issue to complete the authentication process, keeps refreshing to the initial start setup page even when the app shows the setup is completed. Please fix, being abroad and cannot access EasyWeb due to this freaking issue!

Will not accept my pin. Useless!

I finished the registration process successfully and set upped the password. Once done, it redirects to login page and I have to repeat the process continuously. Please fix it ASAP

Set-up can’t be completed, looping in the process of setting a PIN. A previous reply to a feedback on a 23-oct review says it should be corrected with the 2.2.1 version… definitely not the case.

Same bug as other users. You setup the app, it tells you that everything is setup, and then you are kicked back to the setup screen. Same error for 2 years with no fix. This app is steaming junk.
