I own a Tesla and now I'm trying to supercharge it and it say I can't bc I don't have money in my account which is a lie because I have money on there.

There needs to be a section under the checking and savings section in the accounts tab that says “total” and gives you the total amount of money I have in my accounts. I shouldn’t have to pull out a calculator or do the math myself. At first glance I should be able to see my total balance for all accounts. That’s such a basic feature it surprises me that anyone had to be told to do that. 3 stars because of this major major oversight. I’ll update the rating if it’s ever rectified.

App is down all the time, customer service wait times are ridiculous

Not sure what happened the last couple of days. I was able to set my accounts that I wanted to see in the app. Now they’re all there. It would also nice to be able to do more with the app.

Doesn’t allow you to log in at times. Always freezing. Needs an update or something terrible app.

Bill pay used to be setup so you could easily see where, to whom, and when the last time you sent it. The new setup is overly complicated.

Since installing iOS 18, pre iOS 14 widgets are no longer available to add. I no longer have a way to look at my account balance like I am able to for other card providers such as Discover who had iOS 14 style widgets already. These Home Screen widgets have been available for developers to add for their apps 4 years now, so I am not sure why the mobile development team for TFCU’s iOS app hasn’t added them. Please prioritize adding them with iOS 18 now available to general users. Thanks.
