Very happy with app. Easy to use and navigate through.

I find the app fairly basic, claims and check balances. Is it time for us to have a digital membership card so that it can be tap and go rather than old school plastic card?? Other health insurers have them, Bupa and Medibank as an example.

It works, it’s easy to use. I have to use it weekly to claim stuff and it really is easy.

Constant error messages, can’t log in and now can’t claim online either. The first version was so easy, bring it back!

Just downloaded and set up for my father. App is very easy to use, has all his history so, I can check things. Making a claim is either upload a pdf file or take a photo.

New update of app which was mandatory, all details lost so now I need to try and find login details and I bet it won’t work

You’d think the new update would keep in line with other health funds where your membership card is digital on the app.

New version doesn’t accept login details

The latest update has made it crash. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still crashes - now can’t make claims - it was so easy before!

How is it possible to install this app and then continually find it just closes for no reason? Not only that if you reinstall it or try to register it tells you that your serial no., name or date of birth are incorrect. You would think that someone might eventually realise that the app is effectively useless and you might as well just ring to sort out your problems!
