The app is okish, the main pain point is payments, it shows up sometimes which is great!, but majority of times you gotta go around to go get your card details to complete the transaction; and by murphy’s law, when you are going to do a transaction and you have your card ready, Apple Pay appears. It would be great if they fix that.

One day that part of the app disappeared and I can’t pay for anything my kids need! Tried deleting and redownloading but nothing! Fuming! Absolutely awful app 😠

The app is good however notifications sometimes take until the next day to come through which means I miss things. A message was put on at 13.19 yesterday and I didn’t get it until 4.30 today…

So clunky, where is ApplePay, why do Classes keep dropping off my options..really don’t rate this app at all, feels like it was created in about 2012 and not updated since.

I know some people have managed to get Apple Pay but it’s never an option for me. It also never allows you to input saved card details.

Every time that I have to pay for something I need to insert all my details. It shouldn’t be that hard to incorporate autosuggest. Also, ApplePay works rarely and randomly. Finally, when using a card to pay, after authorising the payment via my bank app, the window to select “I have approved this payment” is too little and it does not allow me to proceed. Please sort these issues and the rating of your app will improve. And your users would be happier.

The web page gives you all the functionality of the app and allows you to make payments using Apple Pay! This app you need to add credit card details every time you make a payment! Ironically the website says use the app for faster payments! Don’t bother with the app!

The app is good in itself, whilst a bit clunky in some areas. The main frustration is payments!! Sometimes Apple Pay is there (very infrequently) and most times it’s not!! Why it isn’t consistent - who knows?! If Apple Pay is not present the app has recently started asking for additional details when you enter card details, such as email… which you then have to type in. Surely this could be pre populated from the account? If Apple Pay can’t be consistent, surely a lodged card would be a good solution!? The necessity to repeatedly enter card details makes the UX very poor. The type of parents that use this app are busy, needing to book breakfast clubs etc. Whilst the app is set up for some basic functions it could do a lot better to assist. A bit disappointed - particularly so after having got out of bed to grab a card to book breakfast club, only to find Apple Pay has miraculously appeared this time! Imagine my shock! This must be the 3rd time it has been available this year 🤷🏼‍♀️

Considering I have to use this to book lunches etc it’s terribly constantly freezes or Apple Pay disappears and I have to delete it and download again and then it takes 5 attempts to sign back in every time

Can’t use Apple Pay on the app, only on the website!
