App has big issues, no help from support team
I hate having to write this I have never had issues with ROR app. I subscribe on and off over the past 3 years and the past two months I have had no access to lives or any new content since end of May. I now can not watch any videos they simply won’t work. I have contacted support numerous times who gave up on trying to find the problem and CC’d me to “the proper team” with to response. It’s very clear to me it’s an issue with the application so I would really appreciate some help. I don’t want to lose the convenience of these workouts. Fingers crossed this gets flagged & I get some help ASAP 🤞🏼
