Start a new screen recording from right inside of TechSmith Capture. Simply tap the red record button located in the navigation bar to get started!
TechSmith Capture is a mobile app and set of app extensions capable of recording the screen of an iPhone or iPad running iOS 11.
TechSmith Capture allows users to:
- Record one or more full screen video clips using the iOS system’s global recording APIs.
- Import screen videos recorded by the iOS screen recorder or other recording enabled apps.
- Keep all of your screen recordings organized in the library.
- Quickly transfer videos to Camtasia and Snagit over a WiFi connection.

This app can do nothing in ipad
As ipad user, I can’t find any buttons which allow me to edit my recorded videos. The only thing I can do with this app is import my video then tap on “play” button. Of course, video starts playing. “pause” button for stop playing video. And “share” button to transfer ONLY to another app from techsmith products. If I really need to use ipad watch videos from PC device, EasyCanvas app is a lot easier. Or else just upload to YouTube and edit videos there. The worst “video editor app” for ipad. Can anyone tell me why on earth I want to use this app?
Didn’t hear sound
I am turn on the microphone but the recode didn’t hear anything.
The maximum is only 20mn./round
It's good and easy to use, but recording available for only 20 minutes per round which is kinda short
