Excelente APP me ajuda muito
Eu adoro esse app, uso há mais de 1 ano já e me ajuda na dieta
Adorei, porém senti falta do leitor de código de barras
Um ponto que achei muito positivo foi que deixaram várias opções de refeições para vc registrar, na maioria dos app que tem esse intuito é somente café da manhã, almoço, lanche e jantar. Já nesse você pode registrar mais opções ou definir outro nome para a refeição ao invés das que já comentei, como lanche da manhã, pré treino, pós treino e ceia, Porém, houve um ponto que achei bem negativo e que outros apps possuem que é o leitor de código de barras, oq torna MUITO mais prático..tiro uma estrela por isso, mas n sei se vou optar por outro app por conta disso :/, para quem n se importa com isso é um excelente app!
Ajuste da quantidade de calorias por dia
Usei o app há muitos anos e estou voltando agora para ajustar a rotina alimentar. Alguém sabe onde altero a quantidade de calorias (“limite”) diárias?
Não permite cadastrar os macros da minha dieta
Aplicativo péssimo pra quem quer registrar uma dieta individualizada, pois não permite alterar os macros do objetivo, eles fazem um cálculo lá e não deixa eu colocar o que minha nutricionista passou, ou seja, vc só consegue usar se seguir a dieta que tem lá, que por sinal é muito distante do meu objeto que eh ganhar massa, eles colocaram 1300 calorias, sendo que nem em cutting minha nutricionista passou só isso.
Excelente aplicativo para acompanhar uma dieta
É impressionante como desprezamos o poder calórico dos alimentos e como uma dieta sem registros pode ser bastante enganadora. Queria só pedir para melhorarem a pesquisa dos alimentos pois acho que é um pouco demorada e a possibilidade de cadastrar alimentos compostos como por exemplo (cornflakes, leite, passas) como um prato definido e com calorias definidas pelo usuario a partir das quantidades normalmente utilizadas.
Erros de UX
Existe vários erros de ux como páginas que não tem opção de voltar, tem que fechar o app e abrir dnv, quando quero apagar algo simplesmente não apaga, a ideia é legal mas a usabilidade é horrenda.
Tudo eh pago
Tudo eh pago e nao eh qualquer pago, eh plano anual sem direito a saber se o app eh bom ou nao. Pessimo.
Gostando mas precisa melhorar
O aplicativo está com erro para copiar refeições de um dia para o outro, fazendo com que tenha que digitar todas as vezes.
Falha que o torna inútil
Uso o app a muito tempo, porém recentemente fui em uma nutricionista que me passou o número de calorias e macros para seguir diariamente. Ao tentar alterar essas metas no app, descobri que é impossível. Você é obrigado a utilizar um dos planos já disponíveis. Não use se tiver seus próprios objetivos nutricionais.
