Tedeschi Trucks Band

The app in itself is not terrible. But I am getting flooded with notifications on a daily basis. Notifications about shows going on sale that I already have tickets for or are nowhere near me. It just feels like I’m being spammed at this point. I’m also not sure what benefits this app really offers that I can’t get through email and the website. I am a huge fan of the band and see them every time they’re in my area, but I think this app must be aimed at extreme super fans only.

It told me to do this that, and the other to get a presale code, which meant signing up which I did. So I took several minutes to type all that in, but when I went back to click on give me presale code, it told me I have to be become a member first now. I just gave up then.

Swamped with bugs! Stick to music!!!!

We are Swamp Family members and we’ve had nothing but problems with this app. It declines codes sent for presale tickets as well as declining cards to make purchases. I’ve called the bank to see if it’s a problem on my end but they say my account is in good standing and my cards should have no problem going through. This has been an issue since we’ve downloaded the app. I’ve rarely been able to use this app

I don’t know what the app does but I love these guys. My wife and I love it when they come to our area.

I love the Tedeschi Trucks Band and am so happy to see they have an app for dedicated fans like me! Can’t wait until more features are added, like live soundboard recordings and exclusive content.
