If you can book a ride, it’s fine. ‘If’ being the operative word. There’s no schedule you can view. The app is constantly experiencing ‘high demand’ an tells you to try later. If a ride is available you have a matter of seconds to tap the ‘book’ option before the ride is suddenly no longer available. ‘High demand’ busses arrive empty. If you do manage to book a ride into town there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to get one home again. We used to have a bus come through the village once in the morning and again in the afternoon. Not always convenient but it was reliable - now we have this mess, but presumably it’s cheaper for Stagecoach to administer, so it’s better the shareholders I suppose.

It’s become so difficult to actually get a bus recently. Trying every single time and still no buses available it’s becoming less and less available and becoming more and more unreliable.

Tees flex is an amazing little bus takes you to and from your destination you can call if needed or you don’t no how to use the internet but they are great you can book in advance weeks ahead to and pick times or arrival time and if available they will bring times up for you to book you get a notification via text or email stating ur bus is 30 mins away,15 mins away and also when it’s 5 mins away you can also track your bus on the map provided on the app which is amazing to do so you know exactly we’re about Your driver is, it’s better to book ahead of your self if you want as ur not alway guaranteed to get the time your after if fully booked and if you decide u want a bus short notice or same day you can still book. You pick your to and from of your chosen areas. This bus does Skelton,loftus,Brotton,Guisborough & so on it takes u all over these areas including Redcar, so it’s were covers Redcar and Cleveland but also includes James cook hospital an nunthorpe train station or the ormesby one I’m not 100% certain it does also cover other areas but I don’t know what they are an depending on areas they may need to change your coverage. This bus is great you get lovely friendly drivers very professional greet you with a smile and always happy to help it’s loads cleaner and an much better & quicker drive I love this bus. The staff on phone are also really polite and friendly, it’s cheap and cheerful too and another bonus if u book a return it’s pay full fair there and u pay half the price going on your return sometime it doesn’t show up the return at there end so you let the driver know and they change it to the half of the cost on way home only if it’s a return though but like I said once used tees flex you won’t ever want to go on another bus again. Happy driver,happy drive happy customer never ever been unhappy on this bus.

Great app Helpful

Everytime you try book one of these you get the same “High Demand, we’re really busy right now, wait a few minutes or schedule for later” Yet a literal minute after trying to book and getting told it’s in high demand, one pulled up the bus stop with no one on board and one person got on. When you can actually get one it’s a good service but most times out of 10 you can’t book due to high demand.

Absolute waste of time. There’s nothing flexible about it. You can’t schedule rides and can never actually get a ride. Absolute waste of time and money

Bussed never load and takes ages to even get the ride

I’ve used several times now and I’ve had no issues whatsoever.

There have been numerous occasions where the app crashes, the bus never shows up, the bus drove past me and never came back, the bus takes hours to arrive, dangerous drivers, In short, this app has ruined so many of my days. Use this app if you like losing brain cells.

Won’t let me book a time and it keeps saying bus is on its way and won’t let me cancel the ride even though no ride is coming
