You have improved the App. Tremendously. Keep it up. Very easy to navigate.
Like you guys are just the worst how can you be playing with my internet service like that's so unprofessional of you guys not once not twice..because we are using tele cel that's why you people are doing what you are doing... Like every single time bad network why…you guys need to work on your self cause some of us use the internet basically for everything in our daily lives and this is how we get pay back for using tele cel by giving as bad network and poor internet connectivity… you guys need to work on your nonsense acts...i have said my own……
I have both mtn and Telecel SIM cards. Is much easier to use Telecel app then mtn. With Telecel app you don’t need your physical SIM card to use the app which is plus. If you have a WiFi you go to go. With mtn you have to have their card and their data before you can make the app to work because without the SIM card you can’t retrieve the OTP that mtn will send to you. This make this app the best. 5 star
What is wrong with the app I’ve been trying to register but it’s keeps on failing
When I’m browsing with my fixed broadband I’m not able to see my existing data balance.. I always have to call your office to ask for my remaining data Fix this bug guys c’mon!
This app is a Telecel main app so we the customers must be able to access it even when we don’t have data bundle. Thank you
Even with data left I still added a bigger data package and for almost 3 days now I can’t browse and when I called they asked me to top up and what if am not in country? My family won’t be able….this doesn’t sound right
Why is it that I will buy airtime from Telecel through this app to my MTN line then boom the credit won’t come and the annoying thing is that there will be a deduction hmmm
