Telemart's iOS application is slow and lacks key features, making online shopping a frustrating experience I recently used Telemart's iOS application to place an online order, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The application is incredibly slow and lacks key features that are essential for online shopping. Once you have placed your order, there is not enough information or options available to track or manage it. Instead, the application redirects you to their website for everything from order processing to tracking and delivery. What's even more frustrating is that there is no option to submit a complaint or request regarding your order in the application itself. To submit a ticket for a complaint, the application navigates you to their website, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Furthermore, many items on their website are overpriced compared to local markets or their flagship stores. I also faced stock issues with my order, and it was incredibly difficult to communicate with Telemart's customer service team. Their UAN helpline number seems disconnected, making it even harder to get in touch with them. Overall, I had a terrible experience using Telemart's iOS application, and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is slow, lacks essential features, and their customer service is virtually non-existent. As a customer, I expect better service and more user-friendly applications from a reputable e-commerce company like Telemart.

App kick out on sign in

Wrong credentials msg pops whenever you try to sign in. Even though I could sign into account through website. Fix please.

Never Ever send them advance payment .. whatever happens never send them payment if you send payment then a long series of cat and mouse starts where you keep messaging them for weeks and their bots on whatsapp and email keep replying word like sorry and soon… used to be good now heavily on decline
