I will be cancelling my business account with Telus first thing Monday morning after a really awful year with this app. I get notifications when I’m not supposed to, don’t get notifications when I am, and this weekend I have been absolutely unable to receive any notifications while working a very important client event, despite me changing my availability hours in my account. This service is total garbage.
Can’t beat Business Connect when it comes to features, customization, ease of use, and included tech support. So easy to make changes on the fly. Sound quality is amazing and I can integrate with all the important apps and websites that my business uses.
Nothing but trouble!!
I was on hold for 2 hours for technical support. No one picked up. After waiting all that time the called ended saying they are having technical difficulties.
I accidentally deleted the app and now that I have reinstalled it, I get a constant ‘Network error. Retry’ every time I try to sign in. I’ve tried reinstalling 3 times but it just won’t work. Before I accidentally deleted it, it did work but I only used it as a phone for my business. Worked fine, but why do I need a whole separate app just to make a call?
Ring central is supposed to be a great Voip phone, Telus is reselling it and it's totally mangled and barely works. Cuts out all the time. Support is useless as I have spent hours with them on my phone to try to resolve issues but NO RESOLUTION. I have been a week without office phone now and have lost hours of valuable time trying to resolve this.
Horrible…how ever thought text messages would be sent to the email inbox. Now everything in one place is a whole bunch of clutter. So why the change? There is now a “message” icon that indicates to start a chat with an email. Isn’t that what the “inbox” is for? A step….huge step backwards. Truly a cumbersome issue for good business…can we please have it changed back to the way it was. Text messages in “Messages” Emails in “Inbox” ….like EVERY app or software does.
I’ve been a dedicated user of the Biz Connect app for several years now, appreciating its array of features and benefits. However, the past few weeks have been disappointing due to persistent technical issues. The app has started to crash constantly, so I need to delete and reinstall it to get a few days of regular operation. This cycle has become frustratingly repetitive and is significantly hampering my productivity. While I’ve enjoyed the app’s offerings over the years, these recent issues have marred my user experience considerably. I sincerely hope the developers can swiftly address these problems, as I believe the app has great potential when operating smoothly. For now, though, it’s an annoying hurdle to my daily routine.
Depuis la mise à jour ios 16 , je ne peux plus répondre avec mes appareils auditif pourtant quand j’appelle avec le iPhone régulier ca marche, svp , fait une mise à jour, merci
