Pleased with how easy to navigate and use

I cannot open this app. I cannot do anything to access my doctor from this app. It is totally useless. I do not even know why the doctors use it talking to other people in the doctors waiting area. They all complain about it so I have no wonder why the doctors are even using this crappy application.

Setup account but can’t login. Reset password doesn’t help. Not spending anymore time on this. Deleted app.

Biometrics rarely works. Also the app has trouble loading after sign in. Only way to rectify is to delete app and reinstall. This sometimes needs to be daily. More work needs to be done on this app to make it more functional.

It just takes you to the App in the App Store repeatedly.

Need to confirm email but when I get the confirmation it’s a “reset password” link. Got help on QDoc and had meds in an hour!

No needless complexity, works for all the basics and is quick to set up. That’s more than a lot of other apps I use!

It will Not let me connect to my clinic. It says to call the clinic for assistance and they say to contact Telus. What a hassle. It worked fine before they had to change things again.

This app is garbage. It’s stuck in an authentication loop and won’t even function. It’s been like this for a week now. Avoid.

Says i need a passcode to login but gives me no information or place to even put any passcode in or where I should be getting this so called passcode from
