My N251,000 stuck on Tempa over one month. I cannot login and customer service read my messages without replying me. I will stop at nothing to recover my money., even if I must involve EFCC

Hi (Developer) I see no reason of you replying to our messages here no any proper action have been taking since, is this another way to scam people? i don’t know you just send us a message saying “we are glad to inform you that all our servers are back up. Thank you for your patience.” Today reach four(4) days yet your application can’t be login🥹

I will rate this app less than 1 star if I could. I have been experiencing a balance reduction on my balance while trying to make out any transfer and it failed with me losing over 130k right now customer support not responding and I have been denied access to the app
