I bought a lifetime membership but it’s not working. I’m sending emails to the support team but no answer. Very disapointed

I absolutely love using this app I pay for a yearly subscription this is my second year using Elementa. Its very helpful and I love how interactive it is, but the past few months I’ve been having an issue where I open the app and none of the videos are even showing up it’s basically just a white screen. I would really like to get some help fixing this issue so I can go back to using Elementa regularly. Sometimes it works if I delete the app and re-download it but not every time.

I use this app every day. The yoga classes are my favorite; I’ve learned and grown so much, quickly. I’ve become more creative and intuitive, and somehow I always seem to pick the video that speaks directly to my heart in that moment. I’m smitten.

Inspiring & uplifting I use this app every morning to raise my energy levels for the coming day. And sometimes after a stressful day to decompress

I absolutely adore the Elementa content! The videos are beautifully shot, and the content includes a wonderful array of yoga, meditation, and energy exercises!

Truly grateful this exists.. there are such a wide variety of teachers, skin colors and practices to learn from this app!! It’s hard to find a wellness app that is as diverse as this one. Not to mention the amazing design and color experience. It’s easy to use while also being aesthetically pleasing. Excited to keep using it and deepening my practices !

I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this app, it’s a priceless gift I’m in awe... the intention and guidance placed in this app, changed my day the very first time I opened it and found a breathing exercise that resonated. With that one 5 minute exercise, my day changed, and thats how our lives change, just like that; what ever the tipping point, it all starts with a deep, conscious breath.
