This app does not sync across all devices and I have tried every way known. Also why doesn’t the iPad app swap to landscape.

Ad impacting sound of video I’m watching. It mutes it and comes back on when ad ends. Starts again when ad runs even if I’m watching episode in full screen. Please fix it!

It stole my card after I bought VIP

As a VIP member, the perks is to view shows with no ad interruptions. When I start a show, an ad pops up under the show screen and mutes the volume of the show. The ad shows “open” as if it is required to open to proceed with show. When select open, the Subaru ad opens in Safari. When I return back to Tencent app, volume returns to the show but mutes again (and show is still playing) with this same ad! I have attempted to remove and reload app with the same error. It’s unfortunate this is interrupting my viewing of shows as VIP. May consider dropping the app if problem continues.

I pay $72 a year for this and they show me ads served by the invasive Google! This is truly annoying and disgusting. I should not have paid for a subscription.

I paid for the 12 months plan. But it keeps asking me to join again while stopping the streaming for the series. I don’t know if they had an upgrade or what but for the last week it has been messing up. If it continues I am going to request a refund for remaining time as it’s their product that faulty and not performing adequately. Not that I watch it only for there’s many others who provide uninterrupted services….

I love this app. I watch it on my iPhone but apparently it’s only available on my phone… I always look for a tv app for my FireTV but there still isn’t one. Please give us a tv app for this! I’d definitely watch stuff on it more! I already have Viki, Hy-yah! & iQIYI on there…

This app is great until you decide to cancel it. It said had two days left to watch on my subscription but when I tried to watch shows they wanted me to pay to rent it. But yet I’ve already paid. It said on the website my subscription would not be canceled for 2 more days. What a ripoff

I am a subscriber of tencent and l love this app. There is just one thing that l would like to ask the developer of this app. That is if they read their review. I’m asian but not chinese so subtitles in English is very important to me. Can you please not cover the subtitles when pausing by showing the number of episodes? Some of us are slow reader and sometimes the subtitles run so fast that l cannot catch up with the dialogue. I am 68 years old so sometimes I cannot catch up. If l pause, the subtitles are overlap by the number of episodes. Because of this issue, If the drama is showing in VIKI l usually watch it from Viki because l can pause and read the dialogue and then continue watch the drama. I hope you would take note of this and will make some changes. Thank you.
