Rubbish

Not user-friendly. Poorly designed. I’ve used this sporadically for several years & it was fine in the beginning. in recent years it doesn’t work as well as it used to. I only use it to call my elderly father back in my home country. The Software is rubbish, when entering my personal information the screen constantly jumps. Very frustrating. I don’t know why I keep bothering with this app- it stresses me out & never works anymore. Updated my card details, got really excited only to have it say there was an error processing. I’m over it. Really disappointing.

Not sure how to respond to the dev comment sent back but the issue still persists. You can’t make calls over mobile data. The switch remains on for prefer Wi-Fi only. I’ve always kept the App up to date. Not all our devices are running iOS 17! Can the dev team try and keep some support for older iOS (if that’s the issue)!

This is one of the worst paid apps I have ever used. They have so many bugs in their apps. I was charged two time without giving any credit! This is totally ridiculous and they don’t give any bonus credit which they are showing in their apps by referring others and when they top-up you received money. But this is totally fake and I don’t get my money in my urgent situation. If I have option to negative then I give you negative *. This is totally unacceptable.

Beware of this app. When you add your card details to top up credit, it takes £1 from your card, but no credit will be added to your account. You have to pay again at least £3 to add credit amount of £3. So, basically, you will pay £ 1 just to add your payment details. What a SCAM!!! This happened to my friend as well. Also their ‘invite friends to earn credit’ does not work. You won’t get any bonus even if the invited person add credit to their account. SCAM app.

Always been good. But doesnt let me log in using my number it says the app was unable to connect to server. Ive deleted and reinstalled app too but still doesnt work. And recently i had to go into settings and keep changing it to not wifi but use sims data to call. Poor service. Was very good before! Needs a update
