Does not work to connect machine
App needs an update. It doesn’t let me log in and it’s slowly loading .
I’ve been a loyal Tespo user since 2016, well before there was an app. Over the years, the customer service has been outstanding and it’s one reason why I’ve remained a customer. They even sent me a free replacement dispenser years after my first one stopped working. However, I wonder if they are under new ownership because the customer service is atrocious now and the app has literally never worked for me. There are constant log-in and account errors, and it won’t connect ever, at all. I had an issue with my dispenser recently and my customer service request was completely ignored. I ended up ordering a new dispenser along with 3 new pods to get a discount on the dispenser and I got a tersely-worded email that 2 of the 3 pods (everything except the Customized Pod) are “out of stock indefinitely.” It seems the new ownership is pushing the Customized Pods at the expense of what got Tespo here in the first place. As a long, long-time customer I’m super disappointed.
I bought the dispenser specifically for the use of the app and everything the app had to offer! Can’t sign in . The app keeps throwing me into a sign in the loop. And it never gives the option to connect to the dispenser.
Been trying to reach out to the company for over 6 months and not a single reply. Have at least 5 support tickets and you never get any replies.
Brought all my Tespo stuff a week ago since then trying to use the app and just keeps crashing on! Really annoying not even able to create an account in the app!!
I just downloaded because I got the vitamin dispenser. It timed out in setup at entering phone for notifications. I closed and reopened it and I cannot get it to even open. I have the first screen with a wheel spinning and eventually I get a message that says it timed out, so I can’t even get into the app! Very frustrating.
It's been working perfectly. However, In your next update could you please provide support for Apple Health and a vacation mode feature where other users like me can get credit for taking their vitamins while being out of town and not able to use their vitamin machine Thanks, Courtney
So I can say that using the Tespo (after I was able to connect) has been pretty good. I haven’t connected any other of my devices yet. I don’t think I will. I have to say, just like so many others, the connection process was the most frustrating. It took several times for it to finally connect. And it would be nice if the water tank came off for better cleaning and refilling. But overall I’ll continue to use it. And for those reasons I give it a 3, based on immediate experience.
I don’t know where my other review is but I rated three stars based off of the dispenser working great but the app needed Work. I’m lowering my rating to two stars as it never reminds me to take the dose. When I do take the dose at the same time that the reminder is set up, it says I missed my dose but took an extra one. Also I still have yet to hear back from the company on what vitamins are actually in the dose. I could be drinking Tang for all I know. It would seem a company would have a list of ingredients in their product readily available.
