I like this app as an antivirus. It’s really good. But I don’t like how, you guys give us an e-mail, that you don’t even check regularly. I contacted you guys and got no response for almost a month. I expected more efficiency. And I’m disappointed on that department.
Money was deducted in my account without my permission. I downloaded the app but as soon as I saw that their will be money involved I immediately deleted it. Then today on the 03 April 2020 an amount of R1049.99 was deducted. I need that money back.
I would like to get rid of the viruses but I can’t because I have to pay and I cannot pay so basically it is useless cause there is nothing I can do because I have to pay for it to fix my viruses which I cannot do because I have no money
