- If you choose to subscribe to a plan, you will be charged a price according to the plan selected in your country. The price will be shown in the app before you complete the payment.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the purchase price listed above

The app says it works both with and without wifi. I went to try out when I was out with friends since I had no wifi but I couldn't use because apparently wifi is needed. The discription is misleading so I won't be using the app again.

Review
I just downloaded this app. It requires your phone no for registration. That's it it won't go no further than that. If you retry it tells you that you have had many attempts to register and that you should wait a while! In short words it is pretty useless app.
Americans at an Advantage.
Unless you live in the USA, this isn't much good. :/
