Addicting
I moved away from a great Pilates studio and had tried other online platforms but just couldn’t find one to stick to until T-F studio. I now am obsessed with my daily workouts and do one every day (even if I only have 5 minutes). I love Tasha and how fun and creative all of her classes are and how encouraged I feel doing them! Exceptional Pilates
I decided to try T-F Studio and I’m so glad I did! There are so many amazing videos to choose from and they are easy to follow along to. In just the first week my body has become so much more toned and I can really feel my muscles working. I also enjoy the meditation videos as well :) Definitely worth it! I’m addicted!
