Brilliant app!! I did the 10 week program 3 years ago and loved it. The bought the app, which is a brilliant new addition, so I could kick start my healthy living again post covid!! It’s great to be able to do the workouts myself at home. I love the workouts, 20-30 mins and your done!! Fast, effect and great fun. Thanks Steve I love the app

I initially did the 2 week fat furnace to get motivated. Once done, I then signed up for the App. Only been doing a week and have found there is a great variety of workouts and receipts to suit. I especially like doing Steve’s workout as they have a timer on and I find this really motivating to keep going.

I downloaded the app having previously participated in the 14 day fat furnace, and to ensure I can keep working out whilst gyms are closed. There are some great workouts!

I have currently been doing the 10 week lean and learn programme and the results I have seen with in the time Have been unbelievably good. My application to the 10 week lean and learn has previously been deactivated and I wanted to continue with the workouts and change my meal plans weekly. This app has everything you need to change your lifestyle and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick transformation and a lifestyle change. It is very good value for money and a lot less than joining a gym.

Went with TFG for fat furnace then decided to get the app, i'm so pleased with it. Packed full of brilliant recipes and ALOT of workouts! It's organised, tracks workouts you have done. 5 STAR
