Works awfully

I want to register an acount but they show me the phone number have registered But I actually didn't register ever . And I dont know what the phone number bind with which gmail So i cannot use phone number to find my password back 😅

My app doesn’t work. The screen is completely black when i tried entered it. why

This app doesn't work at all. Making payment is impossible. If I could, I would give it zero stars. Guys, spend your money at GSC. Teach TGV a lesson the only way they'd understand $$$

The app is nice but there are a couple of improvements that needs to be added. First of all, I would like the ability to add our movie tickets and our TGV Membership to Apple Wallet. It’ll be such a nice quality of life change to have! Second of all, I would like to be able to scan my physical ticket and add it to the app as sometimes people might lose their ticket or would like to have it in the app’s transaction history Lastly, I know that you would like to advertise the movies when you first open the app by but could you maybe give us an option to toggle it off (since sometimes people are in a queue and need to quickly access their tickets)

bodoh tau apps ni, detail payment semua dh betul sekali nak bayar failed. dahla takleh cancel tempat yg kita booked tu. dah seat tu melopong tkda orang duduk tapi kira dh di booked. mmng sielll. tu kalau 10 kali aku booked tmpt tu pastu payment failed mmng 10 kali tu jugak seat tu sold tanpa orang ?!!!!

I forgot my password, later than try to set the password, the reset button not function, due to it said I'm not follow the password policy. But it already tick all the requirements.

Once I proceed to doing purchasing process it’s keep bouncing the same message as ; {"message":"Missing Authentication Token"}.

Helo brader, please disable the intro video during apps start-up. So annoying when want to scan ticket the app load so long everyone at the back line so angry even the patron got annoyed have to wait customer open the app and wait the app finish loading 😡

Bad experience. After book and pay didn’t receive confirmation. Booking more than 5 times got error.
