Hello there is a problem in the application please fix the problem is that when I write the booking number it shows me that the reservation is confirmed but does not show the details of the trip. And all I wanted to do was tell me a page in which there was a problem. Try it later and thank you

Difficulty to add on Passbook (Apple Wallet) when checking in on the app.

Still unable to add Boarding Pass to iPhone wallet. When asked to send boarding pass to email- no mail.

ระวังตอนกดจองต้องมีสมาธิห้ามรีบแบะห้ามเกินเวลา ตั้งใจจะเลือกไฟลท์รอบ19:05 แต่พอทำรายการจ่ายตังค์เรียบร้อยออกมาเป็นอีกไฟลท์นึงรอบ15:45 มือพลาดตรงไหน

I will uninstall this app until their marketing department lie low on sending notifications. 8 a day of advertisements is just too much.

หัดเข้ามาอ่านคอมเมนต์บ้างนะครับผู้บริหารการบินไทย แอปห่วยมาก สายการบินระดับประเทศ ทำแอปได้แค่นี้ แทนที่จะช่วยให้ผู้ใช้บริการใช้งานได้ง่ายขึ้น กลับยิ่งทำยิ่งแย่ แล้วยังไม้รู้จักรีบแก้ไข วันๆทำอะไรกันครับ เห็นเป็นเรื่องตลกหรือยังไงไม่ทราบ หัดไปดูแอปสายการบินอื่นด้วยนะครับที่เค้าทำได้ดี เค้าทำยังไง อย่าดักดานมากเกินไปครับ น่าอับอายจริง

The app does not automatically link my trips hence I try to add my trips in but it keeps showing “something went wrong, please try again!”. I have tried numerous times and still get the same message. Later.. after a while the trips were successfully added. However the process of adding the trip did not say it was successfully added, kept showing something wrong but finally the trips were added. You have to wait for it. Closed and reopened many times. 🙁

อัพเดตแอพแ้วใช้งานง่าย แต่รายการ ใน My trip หายค่ะ ต้องใส่ใหม่ เจอมากกว่า 3 ครั้งแล้วค่ะ

เวอร์ชั่นเดิมสามารถดู booking ที่จองไว้ได้เลย สะดวกมากค่ะ แต่เวอร์ชั่นใหม่ ต้องเอา booking no. ไปคีย์ใน my trips อีกที ซึ่งค่อนข้างเสียเวลา น่าจะดูประวัติการจองได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องกรอกข้อมูลใหม่เหมือนเดิมนะคะ ส่วนตัวจองไฟล์ทไว้นานแล้ว ค้นเมลก็ไม่เจอเมล confirm booking ใน app ก็ไม่มีประวัติ ทำให้จองซ้ำไปอีก flight เสียเวลาต้องทำเรื่องคืนเงินค่ะ ในส่วนเอา royal orchid plus มาใส่ใน app ให้ดูง่ายขึ้น อันนี้ดีค่ะ ชื่นชม

มีบักเยอะมากหลังอัพเดทใหม่ ไฟล์ที่แคนเซิลก็ยังโชว์อยู่ กดรับ passbook ก็ไม่ได้ ที่อยู่อีเมลจาก @ เป็น at 😩
