Not possible even to save tickets in Wallet
Hello, Thalys app developers team, I cannot save tickets in Apple wallet - and instead you advice me to call to hotline, paying 30cents/minute? It does not look right. How come such a simple functionality is not working properly at your app. We are in 2023, and your business is selling transport services. Assuming, Thalys has sustainably targets, but poor quality of app makes me print tickets in paper. 🙄 Can you please fix the app functionality?
