Hello, Thalys app developers team, I cannot save tickets in Apple wallet - and instead you advice me to call to hotline, paying 30cents/minute? It does not look right. How come such a simple functionality is not working properly at your app. We are in 2023, and your business is selling transport services. Assuming, Thalys has sustainably targets, but poor quality of app makes me print tickets in paper. 🙄 Can you please fix the app functionality?

Очень сырое приложение, множество ошибок, не могу найти забукированный билет ни одним из способов.
It doesnt display one of three my bookings - cannot even add by PRN - it cant find it Also add to calendar doesnt consider different time zones - so it adds event at incorrect time for me - totally unusable

On ne peux pas annuler,échanger le billet sur cet app et il nous propose à téléphoner au cervice client (0.30€/min) pour changer ou annuler le billet. On doit connecté chaque fois aussi... C’est pas du tout pratique.
