Inconvenient application asking personal data
The app ask for Passport number(!) to register - in addition to mobile phone number. Too much for some random promotional app. Lost 20 minutes of my time trying to get a voucher from shopping centre with no success.
Impossible to register
How come you create an app which is not possible to register? After completing the form it asks to create a pin code, I click on next button and nothing happens. I repeated these steps several times and different browsers - nothing helps.

Приложение призрак, зайти никак не получится, ни по телефону ни по емейлу.. почему нельзя было сделать вход по штрих коду с карточки, которую выдают при регистрации в ТЦ?!?!
Stop the forced updates
Why this app is forcing me to update every week. The old version was simpler. Newer versions are more complicated
Difficult to use
I do not understand Thai. However, there isn’t possible for me to really use this app. It would be great if the app can develop a real English version.
Useless app
No one need this app no one need to shop from central festival Pattaya Spend 10.000 thb your bonus only 30 and you cant spend it. No one can not speak english! Rude staff with no brain
Total failure
Tried so often to register an existing account in the app but it ALWAYS says „wrong information“. USELESS!!!!
