I’m a senior and thought I was doing good with just walking and hikes. This is the best workout program for seniors too. Be sure to start as Beginner and if you don’t have medicine ball, used small weights and improvise your workout. Don’t throw the weights on the ground swinging like a kettle ball weight. Enjoy getting healthier.
Shane really knows what he is doing. I’m in the blows of menopause and the weight was going up and my energy was going down. This routine has increase my energy level which allows me to do so much more. I exercise regularly now and I’m thinking clearer. No more mindless eating, no more sitting around. Im staying busy doing things that need to be done but also enjoying the things I like to do, like hiking, dancing, walking outside and soaking up the sun. I ride a mountain bike minimum 5 miles each time out. Lift lite weights, dumbbells, kettle bell and weight machine. Do stretching to to limber up. I’am 73 and it feels good to keep the body aligned. I’m very impressed with this app, I quit going to Gym 2 years ago and it shows so I have been walking and trying to get back into shape , my daughter turned me on to this app because it’s a short workout and that’s what I need since I’m having to exercise while working, and IT WORKS whew LOVE IT !
I’m 66, when I started one month ago, ( with less weight) I definitely had jelly legs and was crazy sore. I determined to go for 1 month to see a difference and leave a review. I am stronger, handle more weight, less winded, and ready for another month🙂 The ball I have does not bounce. So I just go to the floor and up on the last set. It seems to be fine, but would love to know if it makes a difference in what I’m doing? Thanks Jean
