The best one I’ve found yet
No data collection, purely for helping others (and promoting her blog/book lol) I like all the challenges and the 1 thing I’d change is the red ‘click the challenge for today!!’ And change it to yellow (light not bright) for a anxiety-reducing effort. I have found the red anxiety provoking and would feel less stressed if it didn’t do that colour when you haven’t completed it. 🌥️ do change it lol, same with when you click a potential ‘start new set of challenge’ that colour again not be ‘hey! Click me red!’ Cause it’s an anxiety app not a ‘get into shape fast app!’ Lollll so yeah more ability to check out the other challenges without it being added to your current ones, maybe updated logo and some more ability to save the little updated blog post about anxiety/making little steps, cause I find I open them and then end up opening many safari pages later and forget where the ‘21 days’ page was. So a save feature in the app so when you end up (at night or after a realization you want some help and advice, to have those saved and be able to navigate them and click them later cause often I open the challenges in the time I’m reading/getting ready for the day and don’t have the mental space to read them at that point in time
