Cancellation
I’ve been an overseas subscriber for around five years and would now like to cancel my subscription. It’s regrettable that you make this difficult as a matter of company policy. We are free to join and should be free to leave. I have tried to get though to your people and have spend a lot of money waiting on call hold. I would have thought that a reputable publication would be above this kind of bad behavior. May I suggest that you enable cancellation through your app (interesting that one can do pretty much anything except cancel)
