I can’t even use it until I need to use free trial like what is this? Why can’t I skip it I already got limited and they forcing me to use free trial to access my accounts ? I already got an account stuck cause of this ad
I updated a new version of this app, while i still have all my code fa for my accounts, after updating, all the data gone, so now can’t log in account because there’s no code Can’t scan qr/ add again either because I’m not already in my account
I opened my app to use one of my otps for my login. But when I opened it, all my accounts that were linked are gone. I’m not sure what happened and I’ve even tried going through the deepbluelabs website to try and contact them through their contact page to no avail. I’ve been using this app without issues but after the one of the recent updates all my codes are gone.
Easy of use. I felt it one of best authencator in market.

The app will work at first so you set up the authentication, but then they lock you out and ask for money!
So this app is amazing at making you follow about five steps; you open the app, click the red continue button a couple times, say no to a subscription to god knows what, watch an ad, and then do absolutely nothing until you close the app. If you thought it was a phone freeze, it wasn’t… you’ll do the same five steps over and over. The app overall does nothing unless you blindly pay for the subscription. Have fun :)
Horrible. How do I delete this app?
App isn’t Steam authentication. Additionally they charge you $6.99 A WEEK! Ready to have $364 removed yearly? False advertising.
