100re Returns charges totally stupid

Why this company is make in India because every product price is made in global. Compare to this we are get low price in global brand then how make in India.

Bought 7 shirts in a single bill. 1 shirt didn’t fit well, hence opted for return, surprisingly return charges were ₹100 and shirt value was 890 something. I dropped the idea of return. Its seemed like a blackmail. Escalated & they replied saying that it’s their company policy. Shirt quality is good, no doubt about it, but the attitude is what matters. How can you charge ₹100 for a return in the competitive ecom space. Uninstalling the app. Though will continue to buy your product from other ecom sites. All the best.

Worst shopping app i used till now

It’s totally worst application ever, i have ordered tshirt and returned it and its almost 20 days and i have not get my money or return points yet. And trying to connect with customer support there is no response and in application also the customer support page is not opening. Please improve the application services first.
