Totally broken
I signed up for Blink around March 2022, it’s been a year and 2 months and from the start there’s been issues that they couldn’t fix even a year after release. Them being: 1: Cardless withdrawals can’t be done (they never send an OTP) 2: Biometric authentication doesn’t work every time and sometimes it doesn’t even show up. 3: Customer support can be lacking from time to time. Matter of fact, it’s actually gotten worse since release with issues such as: 1: They never issue or deliver their cards anymore, I requested a card two times since I lost the original (One time in June 2022 and the other in February 2023) Aramex never got back and the customer service isn’t helpful. 2: Red card apps have been closed for about a year. 3: They take cash from your account at times because you’ve done some “international transactions” in the past (basically paying online) Lackluster service. Either open a regular Capital Bank account or search for better alternatives. Blink is probably dead and it will only get worse as time goes on.
