The sacrifices these women make often result in sacrificing their own health and wellness. We’re here to change that. We’re here to offer incredible workouts that will build confidence in our members, but we will also coach and teach them how to create a mindset that will make them champions in every aspect of their lives.

The fact that you have to check in before the class starts - not even the same minute it starts- asinine. Let alone running late.

This app is so easy to use, easy check in’s for classes, track progress, and counts how many classes you have attended.

My app doesn’t give a class description so I don’t know what I will be working on that day. Otherwise it is good
The BEST !
I’ve never loved a bootcamp class so much in my life . I tried it just a few days ago and I am so encouraged to go everyday. Great group of women , great instructors , and I love that it’s all girls!
Love it, mostly
This app is much easier to use. I’m getting used to the needing to check in before class begins- helps get you to class on time. 😅 I really wish though, the weekly schedule could be included in the app.
