Unable to order briyani online through app. Also backend team doesn’t have option to take order through phone. Team should take this consideration to enhance the customer satisfaction

Slow app
The order was late, missed an item, was almost cold, briyani was clumpy.. looks like bvk has lost its touch. The app was ok only while ordering. Then on, the ‘raise dispute’ and ‘rate order’ does not work.
A good biriyani place
Its a very good biriyani place that delivers through chennai. Must try
Pathetic Delivery
The Delivery system is a joke. There is no way to track and most of the time the delivery guys are new and doesn’t know the location. Weekend deliveries are always delayed and there is no proper ownership. The customer care just gives the number of the delivery person and doesn’t have any other answer. Humble request to hand over the delivery to a third party or use services of Swiggy or Zomato. Unless the delivery system is improved, there is no way to improve the business. There is no communication or apologies to the customer waiting for the order. Whoever reads the review, please order at your own risk and have a backup as you can expect a delay in the delivery. Don’t depend on them for a timely delivery especially if you are quite far from their hub. This is the last time I am buying from BVK. Good luck !!!

BVK Biriyani is a unique organization with its own style of biriyani.The booking process was very simple and commendable. The food was delivered promptly with an organized package. The idea of reusable metal boxes is amazing and eco-friendly. The biriyani was nice but could've been more flavorful. We expected a mind blowing taste but were slightly disappointed. Nonetheless, the chicken and mutton meat was cooked so well and was unbelievably soft. Really loved it. Undoubtedly, the grape juice was the highlight of the entire meal. The real grape chunks and the not-so-sour taste of the juice was heaven to the taste buds. Keep up the good work! Can't wait to dine again at BVK :D
