Byzantium
I really enjoy this, it’s a tie to an aspect of the classical world. The anno mundi calender is particularly interesting. But to hear the drumming at first watch is awesome

Could you make an option to use the Gregorian calendar for us Latins? Σοι ειρηνην.
If you guys would make an Apple Watch version I would happily pay $10 to download it. I think it would be so much more useful.
I love the goal of this app, but • it has bugged out not saving my location (resetting my time to another location). • the interface is quite dull and packed (1) the clock marks watches as being identical to the hours—which requires extra lines and wording around the face. I think such should be removed to make the interface cleaner, sleeker, and less confusing. [After all, the 3rd hour ends at the red 3 (when 3rd hour prayers begin); it does not run from the red 3 for the next 3 hours—that is simply the 2nd watch.] (2) the clock face should be larger and with the info (the fine print) available under a settings button. Having it on the main screen is cluttery/distracting/makes the interface needlessly overwhelming. (3) there should be a light and dark mode—as this is to be useful at night (4) sound effects for notifications would be a nice feature (ex. the talanton, a bell, or a ringtone) (5) I love the fact that the clock can rotate, but only in compass mode. (6) Perhaps graphics more reminiscent of a sundial or with different backgrounds could be an offered feature—making this a true visual treasure (ex. icons matching the seasonal celebration, a simply wallpaper pic, or lighting changing on a single scene) (7) While I prefer this for prayer usage, a simple feature addition (like identifying the golden hours) could broaden the appeal (ex. to, say, photographers) while bringing to a praying person's attention the status of the light (i.e. highlighting the day's lighting to times of prayer). Summing up: • beautiful concept • a little glitchy (didn't save locale) • interface is accurate, but overloaded with unnecessary labels and information • interface could be more artistic and have a broader appeal. (the Byzantine eagle is ok, but lacks soul) • night mode would be greatly appreciated • notification sound options would be great (but I don't know if that's possible). I will continue to use (it fills a hole in the app world), but I hope the developer is able to update it to give the app better visual appeal.
Great application. Very detailed & precise. You can tell the developer cares about the product he is creating. :)
Very Interesting way to stay in sync with the monasteries... a handy reminder to pray the hours in a traditional way... looking forward to more Eastern Orthodox App development. Thank You! Christ is Risen!
