Well done app. The material is presented in the appropriate parts and is easy to remember. The exercise schedule is also excellent! I finally found something quite helpful on the subject of men's health. And their support crew is fantastic! I was dumb, but they were quick and helpful in figuring everything out.

Was a bit skeptical at the beginning. Now , after practicing Kegel exercises for a whale I am pretty impressed. Although kind of gradually , but my prostatitis symptoms are going away. And this is now noticeable. I will later on do some checks but positive results are obvious to me. Will continue and report back)

I think the app is a bit expensive for what it offers, But overall idea is great but you can basically finish all of their theoretical lessons in literally two days if you spend more than 1.5 hours listening. The exercises are basic which you can find on any other free app or just by any other site. I think the app is very organized and easy to use, I just don't feel that it deserves such a big payment. Other than this they have less than 10 courses which you can basically finish in less than one week and than just do the basic exercises, the app as I know exists a lot of time (at least since 2021-2022) so considering this fact it doesn't look like they do a lot of job in adding more courses.. maybe they do, but for now as it looks I don't think it's worth it.
