I wasn't a big fan at first, but the more I used it and the more I began to figure it out the better it became. It has a lot of features I appreciate. It's not the most user-friendly, but again once you figure it out it's a very solid application
Everyone looks for the best CRM. They all have their gods and bad points. There is no perfect CRM. This one is constantly improving , the customer service is top notch, I have been using it for 10 years. It runs my business of 9 employees just great.
Since doing the new update, I get logged out at random and can’t log back in. Sometimes once I am able to log back in, it’s a completely different version and I can’t see any of my appointments.
I have been a customer and have loved using this. Steve was so great to work with. Until he quit us. I have emailed 7-10 times, called 15 plus times, since AUGUST and no response! I don’t understand. I just don’t understand at all. I don’t understand. I need help and nobody there to do.
I struggled thru this software at first. I wish I would of called support first. Jeff guided me thru the process with ease. I wish I had called months ago. Thank you Jeff for your knowledge and kindness. Getting me thru this I think you. Didn’t rush me and was very patient and made sure I understood!!! Thank you Jeff!
New update doesn’t allow job history search EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT

This app, while not perfect, is an incredible value to me and my service business (Pressure Washing). It has allowed me to grow from owner/operator to running multiple crews with a supervisor. So much thought has been put into creating this app and it’s interface. Well worth the money and if there’s something you don’t understand, they will walk you through it….the owner / creator of this software often answers the phone himself and ALWAYS takes the time to make sure you understand how to use the App / Software and that you’re getting the most out of it! How’s that for customer service?
Since the update you can’t just easily click and upload photos. If you take multiple pictures while in the app you can as long as you select the option to use the camera while in app. I don’t always do that option because I have to put notes in the app while taking pics for my job. I have had to tap the upper section when trying to upload and watch it add more pics that are not needed for the job I’m looking at. After multiple taps it will finally upload the selected pics from camera roll on my phone.
