Today my account was banned for cheating after several weeks of play, though I didn’t use any software or abuses. The email address from the store doesn’t work. Wrote the mail to public email of the company, will only change rating after they answer me and unban me or at least tell me the real ban reason

O jogo esta simplesmente fecha conforme você estava jogando. Necessita de reparo urgentemente. Estou no top rank e joguei o suficiente para gostar do jogo, mas esse erro é fatal e está me deixando muito chateado. Não consigo mais evoluir e quando eu evoluo, o jogo fecha e eu perco as coisas que adquiri. Estou pensando em quitar caso não resolvam. Caso consigam resolver eu mudo essa avaliação para 5*.

After the 30x XP event something happened with the leveling system, and it takes 3-4 entire days to go up just 1 level, I use to love it, but now I can't progress. Please fix this! ( I already sent you an email )
