Why am I seeing annoying pop up ads on a paid subscription.

This new version of the app is not good or improved! The supposed function to highlight and print an article does not function as the print icon does not appear. The screen is not stable as it flutters and skips around. Why are there ad pop ups when I am already a fully paid subscriber for bot the print and e-newspaper?

Slow, annoying ad interruptions, odd navigation.

Poorly designed app that isn’t easy to locate users account info to change password

The app has the ability to set the types of alerts you want to receive which is great. The problem is that the people who draft the alerts seem to think that every trivial event is breaking news so they basically ignore your preferences. Enough already.

in a time when local newspapers are becoming relics, I can truly say, I am thankful that the Desert Sun News never fails to keep us abreast of all things desert. Keep up the good work.⭐️

Liked the original format but cannot get it back

This is a terrible app it doesn’t provide a full page to read like a real newspaper and keeps interrupting with ads
