Было написано, что месячный абонемент для туриста включает основные планы, на деле это обман, нигде нельзя конкретно понять что туда входит, только когда уже заплатил, выясняется, что оказывается что-то не входит, поддержка в приложении не работает никак, не рекомендую.

Купили тариф на месяц. Попытались взять билеты в Вайлд Вади, приложение говорит, ваш тариф здесь неприменим, купите более полное. Причём доапрейтить нельзя. Нужно новый тариф брать за полную стоимость Попробуем какими-то кафе эту сумму «отбить», но ниже пишут, что часто не на все меню в заведении работает и тд. Короче, разводилово.

The latest version makes it really difficult to find nearby restaurants. In previous versions, it was possible to view available options on the map, which was very convenient. Now I couldn’t find this functionality anymore. I can only view a list of nearby places, not limited to restaurants (attractions, hotels, etc), and there’s no way to limit just by restaurants. There’s a button to show all available restaurants, but it shows everything in the city! And I can’t sort by distance. So the app fails to provide a single function I use it for: quickly find the nearby place to eat.

Сильно ограниченное меню. Часто распространяется на маленькую часть меню с завышенной ценой. Или вообще на пару не популярных блюд.

Be warned that Entertainer has began to cheat their clients. When you order 2 for 1 offer on delivery they won’t deliver you them - just a single item. Support is very unfriendly and within a month of trying to communicate with them no solution has been provided. They simply consider this to be normal.

I have used multiple solution for delivery of food in Dubai. This one is most probably worthiest service, I aware experienced. It was showing the progress of my order and at latest stage when it says expect delivery progress get over. When I call merchant they says there are no order in their system. And the help desk of entertainer didn’t give any solution, only apologies. Do not recommend you to pay them your money for delivery service.
