Looks pretty. But very buggy. Who in 2024 isn’t using AI tech? Receipt photos requires admin review? Really? You can use AI tech? Don’t tell me it’s for security reasons, there are ways around it. You get 2 stars for looking pretty. Branding is good. 1 star is for apps that are really bad. But looking pretty won’t last. It needs to be improved.

Tried to sign up as member so I can book wheelchairs for my parents. Did not receive the OTP code to verify my registration, even though my phone number is correct and my notification and internet are turned on. I’ve tried to redo it 5-6 times, still not working. Please fix the app issue.

Downloaded the all to navigate around the mall. Chose donkai and click go now it doesn’t tell you how to get there. So whats the point of putting go now to navigate people when it doesn’t work properly. Loading is too slow.

I’ve written my birthday date correctly upon signing up but your app has a funny idea by choosing a day before as my birthday date. Same goes to my sister. Tried to edit it but no it can’t be edited. Please resolve this issue immediately.

Loading very long time when trying to rsvp for countdown event. It just keeps loading without any response.

trying to reserve a spot for the coming countdown event but the loading took forever, i left it opened for 2h but still not going through 🙄

Already sign up and get a concert tix. But then need to sign in again today and the phone number is not valid???
